Founded by French baker and pastry chef David Croiser, the brand has been rooted in Dubai since 2008, bringing authentic French pastry to an international audience.

Beyond the products, there’s a real focus on sharing. Pastry classes are also available, designed to be both approachable and enjoyable, whether for beginners or enthusiasts.
